This starts with our unique UniKidz Academy: an online portal where you can follow numerous training courses in every field, and where you will also receive an official certificate upon completion.

The possibilities are endless, because our training courses are continuously being updated and adapted to the wishes of our staff. In this way, we ensure that you become and remain the best version of yourself, together.

As soon as you join our team, we will also draw up a personal development plan together that specifically looks at your wishes, talents, and passion. You actively help us to come up with solutions and new ideas, and your own initiative is greatly appreciated.
