We work with the Wheel of 10: ten different fundamental movement forms that together create a broad and strong foundation. Through this approach, children not only develop their motor skills, but also their creativity, self-confidence and social skills. In this way, children discover what they are good at, continue to enjoy being active and build a healthy and active lifestyle both in sports and beyond, now and in the future.

Our renewed approach by age group

0–4 years → FitClub
  • Focus on gross motor skills such as crawling, rolling, jumping and running.
  • A varied movement program that helps children discover and understand their bodies.
4–7 years → FitClub
  • Broad motor development takes center stage.
  • Lots of variation through different games, sports and movement activities.
  • Preparation for the next phase: becoming versatile and flexible movers.
7–13 years → FitClub + Sports Program
  • Continued focus on versatile movement, combined with deeper development in sports.
  • Core sports include football, basketball and kickboxing.
  • Opportunities to explore many different sports, both internally and through external partners.
  • Children can discover new sports while also developing further with specialized sports coaches.

  • Skateboarding: Learn how to balance, perform tricks and build confidence on your skateboard — from beginner to real skater.
  • Freerunning: Jump, climb and move like a real freerunner while learning to overcome obstacles creatively and safely.
  • Basketball: Dribble, pass and score while improving your technique and teamwork skills in an energetic team sport.
  • Tennis: Practice your swing and improve your coordination and focus in a sport full of challenge and fun.
  • Mountain Biking: Go on adventures and conquer exciting tracks where speed, technique and courage come together.
  • Football: Play together, score goals and experience the ultimate team spirit while developing your football skills.
  • Padel: Discover this fast, dynamic and popular sport while learning the rules and techniques of the game.
  • Rugby: Strength, speed and teamwork are at the heart of this exciting sport where players give their all together.
  • Hockey: Learn to dribble, pass and score while improving your technique and playing together as a team.
  • Swimming: Dive into the water and improve your technique and fitness while combining safety with fun.
