Would you like to switch to UniKidz, but are you still tied to the notice period of your current after-school care provider? No problem! With our Switching Service, your child can start at UniKidz immediately at no extra cost.

While you continue to pay your current childcare provider during the notice period, your child can attend UniKidz free of charge during that same month. This allows your child to settle in, make new friends, and enjoy our activities right away, making the transition smooth and worry-free.

How It Works

1. Register your child with UniKidz.
2. Give notice to your current childcare provider according to their standard notice period.
3. During that notice period, your child can attend UniKidz free of charge.

Terms & Conditions

• The Switching Service is available for new registrations with a permanent childcare contract.
• The service applies only to children currently enrolled with another childcare provider.
• UniKidz may request proof of cancellation from your current childcare provider.
• Parents remain responsible for paying childcare fees to their previous provider during the notice period and will continue to receive childcare allowance for that provider during that month. Childcare allowance for UniKidz can only start from the second month onwards.
• If the childcare agreement with UniKidz is terminated within six months of the start date, UniKidz reserves the right to charge the previously waived first month of childcare fees.
